Role Summary & Duties and Responsibilities:
Role Summary:
-Assisting in the set up of the Franchise Channel by conducting field visits to existing dealers and prospect locations for evaluation and qualification purposes according to the Franchise model set by WM.
-Acting as the focal point for coordinating all related activities for the sake of launching WM products and services at this channel, requiring to work extensively with other sales divisions and other WM stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Legal, and Finance).
-Conducting an on-going follow up and a well-defined route plan for market visits to operational outlets to ensure proper branding, visibility of WM brand and products availability at this channel.
-Managing sales processes from initial solicitation of prospect to new site selection up till operating the outlet.
-Conducting checks and visits to ensure compliance with sales processes and procedures.
-Participating in setting up and developing Franchise sales and services manual/guidelines.
-Coordinating with Franchisees and developing joint plans along with selected Franchise partner for improving sales effectiveness.
-Enhancing WM reach and coverage of products/services by evaluating new locations/areas along with Franchise partner/WM sales management to ensure WM footprint in all the Palestinian market.
-Working closely with other stakeholders (IT, CC, Marketing..) to introduce WM full range of products and services into this channel in order to reflect the look and feel of WM service centers.
-Transferring training materials, conveying sales processes and procedures to Franchise staff prior to launch and during operational flow.
-Regularly reporting the activities conducted, competition feedback, and channel’s achievements in the Franchise channel to upper management.
-Managing Franchise partner(s) relationships as it relates to WM strategy in that perspective.
-Managing the channel’s trade-marketing activities through contests, promotions, events and road shows.
Experience & Qualifications:
-Minimum Five years of practical experience in Sales/Marketing.
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Skills:
-Successful track record for Sales/Marketing.
-Ability to develop and manage sales teams at points of sale.
-Organizational awareness: understand the structures, processes & procedures, understanding the Product & Services and People & Brand.
-In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Telecom industry (GSM) characteristics and dynamics.
-Analytical thinking and problem solving.
-Strategic thinking & Planning.
-Ability to handle multiple business pressures and operate effectively under stress.
-Effective communications Skills.
-Computer literacy knowledge (Microsoft).
-Arabic and English (oral and written).
